We offer collections for orders at our Beaumont Leys Store ONLY (7 Sheene Rd, Leicester LE4 1BF). Items are ready to pick up after 2 hours of placing an order. Collection is available Mon - Fri only. Please wait for the confirmation email that will tell you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect your order after 12pm on the weekend as our warehouse will be closed.

Orders placed by 6:30pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 6:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday and delivery is often made on Monday. Orders are delivered in 1-2 working days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature and proof of age may be required on delivery.
